What is part of personal data?

Besides we store ans process data that you voluntary provide to us and, whrere applicable, the information we automatically collect when you visit our site (such as your IP adress, names of pages you have visited, the browser used, the operating system, the date and time of visit, search engines used, names of downloaded files). We only use data we need to deliver the service required: If we ask you more information, this information will be voluntary given. We only use your personal information to respond to your requests and for our own sales department, in accordance with the law.
How do you handle personal data?
At each visit to our website, we give you the opportunity to contact us or provide you with some services. In this case, personal data are used as part of your application. We will not provide this information to third parties.
Which data are collected?

Personal data are only used internally within the client relationship. We can not disclose such infromations to third parties without consent. The collection of personal data and their transfer to state institutions and authorities are only permitted by secrecy and must comply with the rules of confidentiality.
Is the confidentiality always guaranteed?
If you wish to contact us by e-mail in the contact page, we point out that the confidenciality of the information is not guaranteed. The content of e-mails can be intercepted by third parties. We therefore advise you to send us confidential information by post.
What are the data collected during my access to the site?
Whenever a user accesses a page of our site and opens a document or a file, the following information is stored on our server:
- IP adress
- Date, time
- Browser Settings
- Operating system
- Visited pages
- Amount of data transferred
- Access status (file transferred, file not found ect...)
These data are used to generate statistics that will help us to adapt our website to your usage patterns. Personal information can only be obtained if you are registered and logged on our website or if you use a custom page. The transfer of data to third parties is strictly prohibited.
We use session cookies to our site. The data is not permanently stored. The use of temporary cookies means you do not have repeatedly enter the same information to fill out forms or make requests. Cookies are automatically deleted when you close you browser.
Most browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. However, you can deactivate the storing of cookies or adjust your browser to inform you when cookies are being sent.
If you disable cookies, we use a session ID to identify a person during uzse of the site. No data is stored on your computer. The session identifier is deleted when you leave the site.
